Returns & Cancellation
Terms for returns, exchanges and cancellations of handmade pieces are summarized below.
1. Order Cancellation
Provided your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it free of charge within 24 hours of order confirmation. In that case, the full amount paid is refunded. For commissioned pieces, cancellation is subject to crafting not having begun.
2. Custom-Made Pieces
Because custom or made-to-specification pieces are not suitable for resale by their nature, they are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal under Article 15/1-c of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Damage in Transit
If your piece is damaged in transit, you must have the courier record a damage report on delivery and notify us with photographs within 48 hours. Where these conditions are met, the damaged piece is remade free of charge or its price is refunded.
