Distance Sales Agreement
This agreement is concluded electronically between Bernart Glass Atelier (the "Seller") and the ordering customer (the "Buyer") pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
1. Parties and Subject
The parties to this agreement are Bernart Glass Atelier, which sells the products (the Seller), and the customer who places the order (the Buyer). The Seller's trade name, full address, MERSİS and tax details, together with the details the Buyer provides at checkout, appear on the order. The subject of the agreement is solely the sale and delivery of the handmade glass products ordered by the Buyer.
2. Product and Payment
The product's characteristics and its sales price including taxes are shown clearly in the order summary. Payment is collected using the credit or debit card options offered on Shopier's secure checkout page. Available payment options are shown during Shopier checkout.
3. Delivery
Collection products are shipped from stock and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. The product is shipped by the contracted courier to the address provided by the Buyer. After dispatch, delivery within Turkey usually takes 1–3 business days. For pieces commissioned to the Buyer's specifications, the crafting time is advised separately before ordering.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15/1-c of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for products custom-made to the Buyer's specifications. For standard collection items that are not custom-made, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date of delivery.
5. Disputes
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
