Delivery Terms
All pieces ship in special protective packaging with insured courier service.
1. Shipping Time
Collection pieces are held in stock and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. After dispatch, delivery within Turkey usually takes 1–3 business days. For bespoke (commissioned) pieces, the crafting time is advised separately and is typically 2–4 weeks. For international shipments, the delivery time is advised before ordering, based on the destination country.
2. Shipping Cost
All shipments within Turkey are free of charge. For international shipments, the shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery address and advised to you before the order is placed.
3. Insurance
All shipments are insured against breakage. The process to follow for any damage during transit is as described on the Returns & Cancellation page.
