Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), Bernart Glass Atelier, as data controller, processes your personal data within the scope described below.

1. Data Processed and Purposes

Your name, contact details, delivery address and order information are processed for preparing your order, invoicing, shipping and meeting legal obligations. Your payment card details are neither collected nor stored by the Seller; the information required for payment and delivery is processed on Shopier's secure page.

2. Transfers

Your personal data is shared with the contracted courier company for delivery, with Shopier for payment collection and order management, and with competent public authorities only where legally required.

3. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request its correction or erasure, and to object to the processing. You can submit your requests to the Seller via the email address on the contact page.
